About Cadence
Cadence develops advanced simulation technologies that enable engineers to validate and optimise designs using high‑fidelity virtual prototypes. Manufacturers across industries rely on Cadence solutions to complement, or even replace, the traditional physical “build and test” approach. Cadence’s simulation portfolio supports a wide range of engineering disciplines, including linear and nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA), acoustics, fluid‑structure interaction (FSI), multiphysics, optimisation, fatigue and durability assessment, multibody dynamics, ADAS and control systems simulation.

Adams
Adams, developed by MSC Software, is a multibody dynamics software that enables engineers to manage complex calculations in real-time, while utilizing the robust features of Concurrent Real-Time’s SIMulation Workbench (SimWB) and RedHawk Linux real-time operating system. In conjunction, Adams and SimWB make it easy to build and develop hardware-in-the-loop simulations.
Virtual Test Drive (VTD)
VTD is a comprehensive environment simulation platform for testing and validation of ADAS features and autonomous vehicle systems, supporting high-fidelity 3D visualization and sensor simulation. VTD seamlessly accelerates the development of ADAS by providing modular tools for road network creation, OpenDRIVE- and OpenSCENARIO-compliant scenario definition, and traffic generation to simulate complex driving scenarios for HiL, DiL and even SiL applications.
